What you are buying

These terms apply to digital guides purchased through Midlife Ambition’s separate checkout. The product description at checkout specifies the contents and format. It is a digital product; no physical item is posted. You need an email address, internet access to download it, and software capable of opening PDFs.

Price, ordering and delivery

Review the final price, applicable taxes and payment options at MailerLite checkout before paying. Your bank may apply currency-conversion charges.

Purchases take place at the separate MailerLite checkout. Review and correct your details there, then submit payment to place your order. Your purchase confirmation and download link are sent to the email address entered at checkout. Check your spam folder and contact us if the link does not arrive or does not work.

Cancellation and refunds

Where UK cancellation rights apply, you normally have 14 days from the contract being made to cancel a digital-content purchase. That right can end when supply begins within that period only if you have expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged losing your cancellation right, and the required confirmation has been provided.

Where those conditions are met, change-of-mind cancellation is not available after supply begins. Merely purchasing or downloading does not, by itself, establish that the required consent was obtained. If the conditions are not met, your applicable cancellation rights remain.

To exercise an applicable cancellation right, email hello@midlifeambition.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, your name, order reference and order date. You may use: “I wish to cancel my digital guide purchase, ordered on [date], order reference [reference]. My name and email are [details].” This wording is optional. Where a refund is due following cancellation, it will be made within the applicable statutory period, normally 14 days after notification, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Your statutory rights are not excluded. If the content is faulty, not as described or not fit for a purpose covered by your legal rights, contact us. Applicable remedies may include repair or replacement, a price reduction or refund as required by law.

Personal use

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to download, save and print the guide for your personal use. Do not resell, publish or distribute the guide or its download link. Copyright remains with Anisia Hazle, trading as Midlife Ambition, except where otherwise credited.

The guide provides general educational information and conversation examples. It does not provide personalised legal, medical or therapeutic advice, and no particular response or outcome is guaranteed. Adapt examples to your circumstances.

Email hello@midlifeambition.com with your order details and a description of the issue so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Keeping a copy

You can print or save this page using your browser. The terms applicable to your order are those presented at the time of purchase; later changes do not retrospectively alter your statutory rights.
